What if you could overcome society’s deep-rooted cultural negative programming?
Imagine the life you would be able to manifest!
What if you could master the art of guiding and elevating your emotions and learn how to use balance and decide to attract your desires and find your “True Purpose” in life?
Do you remember as kids, when you were crying, and your parents would tell you things like…
I’m sure a lot of us say it now to our own children. It’s ingrained into our culture as “the normal” way to deal with emotions. But now that you see it in its full essence, I’m sure you are questioning…
“Is it any wonder so many are emotionally inept”?
You have been taught since you were young to suppress your feelings, to hide your thoughts, and to keep your opinions to yourself. Who taught you the correct way to deal with your emotions? Don’t you hide them away, pretend they aren’t happening, and feel guilty for even being sad….?
And then someone asks you to “adult!”
They ask you how you are feeling, why you are feeling it, and why can’t you stop feeling it. You know what I mean, right? Nobody taught you these things, but then you are expected to know how to deal with it.
Your fear to talk about your emotions has stemmed from a silenced upbringing, for we were taught to be brave and not to feel. We were taught that feeling sad wasn’t acceptable. And that “weak emotions” should be drilled out of us.
That isn’t our parents’ fault. Unfortunately, it is ingrained into successive generations as children and then further ingrained into us through school, media, and governments. We no longer know how to process these emotions in a healthy way. We hide true feelings or blurt them out angrily, usually thinking we are doing the right thing either way.
All this emotional brainwashing has accomplished is producing generations of people hiding in the darkness of their sadness and not facing their fears, and the most unfortunate thing is that we are still doing it. We are still making our children grow up in silence, and then we wonder why our mental health system is on overload!
Emotions have been seriously underestimated by our culture.
Pain is actually significant to feel. These emotions of grief, anger, frustration, hurt, and betrayal are horrible, but they are essential.
As human beings, we have the right to experience all facets of emotion, and this pain is your signal to aim for better. Without this pain and this hurt, you cannot know what it is you don’t want, and you cannot determine what it is that you do want.
But don’t get lost in the pain.
In Japan, when a beautiful piece of crockery shatters, they repair it with gold, because they believe that the crack is a unique piece of the history of the object that only adds to its beauty. Just like the vase, your heart can be mended with gold, but the flaws will always be there. However, these so-called “flaws” only serve to make you stronger.
Our health is something often discussed, both socially and in the Mainstream Media. We are all told that stress is a risk factor for almost every malady. But what IS stress? Has it just become an umbrella word that we dismiss as– “oh, that’s just stress”?
Usually, stress and anxiety go hand in hand, and it is the emotion of fear that controls both stress and anxiety. Stress is best defined as “a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.” Anxiety is defined as “a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.”
These together equate to “fear of the unknown.”
It is the fear of the unknown that can cause the underlying worry keeping your mind focused on fear alone, and this is one of the leading causes underlying stress and anxiety. Your mind or your ego is what allows that fear to be the dominant or habitual emotion. And it is your ego that will enable you to stay comfortable in your circle of “what is known” and to stay right where you are.
So what is that “stress” doing to your body?
Imagine being in a state of constant fear! That is called anxiety and depression.
HOWEVER…
Without fear and pain, we cannot know true happiness. Fear isn’t limiting, it is empowering. Fear, on the other hand–whether the good gut feeling or the bad gut feeling–tells you just one thing: Move.
Albert Einstein once said—
“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.”
Our Emotions and thoughts all carry a specific frequency that is processed physically through the body. Your aim needs to be to intentionally process these thoughts and emotions through your body in a healthy and balanced way, to maintain your mental and physical health.
How do you do that? By following a process so simple, that eventually it becomes a habit. The FASTR process is designed to help you make elevating to happiness a habit until you no longer need to think about it anymore–
